No need to worry! We have a seven-day rain guarantee - if it rains within seven days of our service, let us know which windows have spottings and we will come by to touch it up free of charge. Generally speaking, rain on clean windows does not cause spotting. Rain on dirty windows does!

These items take special chemicals and techniques to be safely removed from your windows. They also take extra labor and time, so for these reasons, we do charge more for these services. We also require waivers for services that require us to use a blade.

If you have a commercial property with high traffic, then monthly or every two months is the best choice for you.

We try our best to make sure doors and gates are closed behind us, but we are often moving in long ladders and equipment from one space to another. If your pet has the tendency to try to escape, we recommend you keep your pet secured while we work and check your doors and gates after we leave before you release your pet. Some gates might have tricky latches that may appear close to us but don't latch completely without that special jiggle that only you know about.

We love pets, but each animal is different and has its own unique temperament. If your pet does not do well around strangers, we ask that your pet be secured.

While we are happy to move furniture within reason, if there are delicate items you are concerned about, we ask these items to be moved in advance.

That is entirely up to you. Many of our clients leave us with a code or key to let us in and out of the building. If you'd rather be home, we start with the inside section so that if you need to leave, we switch to the outside.
